WRC23 – ITU richtlijnen gebruik 1240 – 1300 MHz
Een uitkomst van de WRC-23 is document Recommendation ITU-R M.2164. Dit document heeft de titel: “Guidance on technical and operational measures for the use of the frequency band 1 240-1 300 MHz by the amateur and amateur-satellite service in order to protect the radionavigation-satellite service (space-to-Earth).”
Hoe en wanneer deze richtlijnen in onze nationale wetgeveing worden geimplementeerd is nog onbekend.
De amateurdienst en amateur satelliet dienst heeft de secundaire status in het frequnetiegebied 1240 – 1300 MHz. Als goed secundaire frequnetie gebruiker is het belangrijk kennis te nemen van de richtlijnen.
